Earn badges based on your consistency and number of completed cleanings. Badges are displayed on your profile and updated monthly.
Bronze Badge
Complete 10+ cleanings per month consistently
Silver Badge
Complete 20+ cleanings per month consistently
Gold Badge
Complete 30+ cleanings per month consistently
Consistency Requirement: To maintain your badge, you must meet the minimum threshold for 2 consecutive months. Dropping below the threshold will result in badge removal.
Referral Bonus: $25 per client
Refer new clients to PIVOT! Property Pros and earn $25 for each successful booking.
- • Client must mention your name when booking
- • Bonus paid after client's first completed cleaning
- • Unlimited referrals - no cap on earnings!
Cleaner Reliability Bonus: $50
Complete 5 or more cleanings in any 4-week period to earn a $50 bonus.
- • Applies to any consecutive 4-week period
- • All 5 cleanings must be completed successfully
- • Paid at the end of the 4-week period
- • Can earn multiple bonuses in a month!
Clients rate their experience after each cleaning on a 5-star scale. Your average rating is displayed on your profile.
Performance Standard: Maintain an average rating of 4.0 or higher. Consistently low ratings may result in contract review.
As an independent contractor, either party may terminate this agreement with notice. The following may result in immediate termination:
- •Violation of client property or confidentiality agreements
- •Consistent failure to complete assigned jobs
- •Average rating below 3.5 for 3 consecutive months
- •Bringing unvetted individuals to job sites
- •Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
Notice Period: Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for serious violations.
Contractor Agreement
All contractors must review and sign the contractor agreement during onboarding. This agreement outlines your responsibilities, compensation structure, and working relationship with PIVOT! Property Pros.
